For the past 18 years Carol Turano has dedicated her professional life to helping individuals, groups and organizations grow. As a business consultant and Licensed Social Worker, Carol brings a very diverse blend of skills and education to her work with teams businesses and leaders. Currently Carol is Program Director of a non-profit organization that provides many different programs to teenagers and their families. As a Master Facilitator of the EXCITE! Challenge, Carol uses experiential learning and team building to enhance problem solving skills which individuals can bring back to their organization. Carol is currently president of her local Rotary and is a volunteer coach for the local high school basketball team.
